• University Graduate with a Liberal Arts/Humanities Education from a reputable English spoken university.
• Above average grades (GPA).
• High level grammar, written/oral communication and proofing skills required.
• Knowledge of Peru, detail-oriented, self motivated. Well traveled/Cultured is a big plus. This is not a typical sales job; we are looking for somebody with a passion for travel.
• First class professional and with strong work ethics.
• Important skills: creativity; creative writing; internet; discourse analysis; and persuasion.
• Recommendable, not indispensable: to practice some athletic activity (at least once in a while); have a hobby (especially reading or a musical discipline).

• Weekly shift: 40 hours.
• You are direct contact between clients and our company.
• Responsible for recommending, quoting, and selling a tour package.
• Follow up with clients during their trip to ensure satisfaction.
• Client satisfaction is your #1 goal.
