Archeologists find skeletal remains of what may be an Inca man at the old St. Nicolas church in Sarpsborg, Norway. If further tests confirm the Inca origin, the find would redefine current views on pre-Columbian contacts between Americans and Europeans. +more |
 Giant Ancient Penguins Liked it Hot
Fossils found in Ica suggest they might have basked in warm climates along the Peruvian coast about 30 million years ago, contradicting the scientific community's established idea that penguins evolved in the colder high latitudes and did not move close to the equator until 10 million years ago.
