Day 1 : Full-Day Vilcanota-Urubamba River Rafting in Sacred Valley
- Early in the morning, your guide will meet you at your Cusco hotel for the transfer to Pachar in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the starting point for your river rafting adventure.
- After a safety briefing and some brief practice on the flat parts of the river, you will raft leisurely along easy waters while enjoying the picturesque scenery and views of Inca ruins as you pass Ollantaytambo.
- You will then reach class II and III rapids, finishing at “El Resbaladero,” a strong class III rapid with waves and small whirlpools.
- After the rafting experience, you’ll enjoy a traditional lunch in a local community before taking your transfer back to Cusco.
