The World Wonders tour offers the best of three very distinct countries: Brazil, Argentina, and Peru. You will start off in Rio de Janeiro, known as the Cidade Maravilhosa (Marvelous City), famous for what many consider to be the world's most beautiful setting; the blue Atlantic ocean, green mountains, Sugar Loaf Mountain rising up steeply from the sea, the enormous bay, and beautiful sandy beaches- all in a tropical climate. The statue of Christ the Redeemer, named one of the New 7 Wonders of the World, will be looking down on you as you join the locals in having fun that can only truly be had in Rio: beaches, samba, football (soccer), and the local firewater, cachaza.
From Rio you will continue onto the spectacular Iguazu Falls, arguably the most beautiful falls in the world and justifiably Argentina’s showpiece. From there, you will be dazzled by Argentina’s capital city, the vibrant idiosyncratic Buenos Aires, a city synonymous with sophistication and European-style, and where the heart beats to the rhythm of tango and football.
Finally you will travel on to Cuzco, considered the most impressive pre-conquest city in the Americas and Machu Picchu- also named one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. Cuzco was the center of the Inca Empire which included present day Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina and Bolivia and its buildings reflect the power of that empire. Machu Picchu was a religious center built in the most inaccessible, wildest of country sides literally on the peak of a mountain. All the places visited on the World Wonders tour are awe inspiring and anyone who visits Latin America without seeing them has had a wasted journey!

| Gaucho Party at a Typical Ranch (Wed./ Fri./ Sat./ Sun.): | |||||||||||||||||||||
When the Spanish arrived in Argentina, they found an immense area of tall coarse grass, extending for hundreds and hundreds of miles. The cattle and horses they brought with them were soon put to roam wild and over time they transformed the native Indian way of life. The Spanish replaced the natural vegetation with European grass and built huge "estancias" (ranches) in their homeland style. It is in these estancias that the romantic world of the gaucho was born, the traditional horsemen of the Pampas. This full day excursion will take you to the Pampas countryside, and provide you with a unique opportunity to experience the gaucho lifestyle, its music, dances, games and cuisine. The exhibition is held in a former estancia where you will be served a typical "asado criollo" (barbeque) while a folkloric show featuring music, dances and gaucho skills is demonstrated. After the show, those interested in horseback riding can take a ride around the estancia.
