We recognize that you have an interest in how we collect, retain and use information about you. At www.peruforless.com, we automatically collect certain information about your use of the Web site through log file (e.g. browser type, page views, and how the user entered and exited the site). We collect, retain and use this information about you solely for the purpose of better understanding our users and their use of the website. This is not linked to the user's personal information.

We also collect information through the forms you complete to contact us or book a travel product/service. The collected information consists of name, email, telephone, address, as well as trip details such as dates, destination, passenger information and number of people in your party. This information is used in an aggregated form to improve the usability and functionality of our website.

We do use a third party email service provider. All emails that you receive will contain an UNSUBSCRIBE link should you decide you do not want any further emails. We consider your data to be private and confidential, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of trust and fiduciary duty in their safekeeping and use. Latin America For Less, LLC, will not release information collected about you unless we receive your prior consent or we are required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

The information you provide to us is made available to travel service providers to guarantee the successful booking of the services you buy. With your permission, we may use your name and organization description in designated areas of the Website and services as well as other marketing materials used to promote Latin America For Less, LLC. We do not share, sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for their promotional use. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We post customer testimonials on our Website which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer's name and image. We do obtain the customers' consent prior to posting their testimonial to post their names along with their written testimonial and any photographs they send to us.
