*24 Hr. Assistance

TGA offers 24 hours’ assistance, 365 days a year, with personal attention, in the English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages, through several free lines located in all of the countries.
The Holder must, at the time of requesting assistance, consult which is the free line corresponding to the country where he/she is in, verifying the list in page X, adding the corresponding area codes.
In case the Holder should be unable to make a telephone call, he/she will have to.
