WHAT A FABULOUS ADVENTURE! THANKS A MILLION AIMEE!
Elaine and I had just a marvelous time traveling through Peru. The sites were spectacular, the people were wonderful, and the food was exceptional. It really was a "gastronomical extravaganza."
Thank you for all your hard work, travel suggestions, and organization. I meet a number of other travellers who simply raved about "Peru for Less" and the itinerary that your company had put together for them. They were pleased with the service they received. Elaine and I have travelled with many companies over the years and we were extremely satisfied, highly impressed, and thankful that we had booked through you, Aimee. You were also absolutely wonderful to work with and we both appreciated your efforts in helping us to plan our trip to Peru.
We were always picked up promptly and on time. Our guides and tours were excellent throughout our trip. They all did a super job of guiding us through Peru. We were more than happy to tip accordingly.
Please pass on our sincere regards to Nicola as well for her fine communication, positive comments to my bad jokes, and supporting our trip.
What a wonderful experience!
THANKS AGAIN!

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, but its been a bit hectic readjusting after such a great trip to Peru! Everything was fantastic while we were there, and the people with Peru for Less could not have been more helpful. Alison took care of all of our needs while we were in Cusco, Machu Picchu and elsewhere. I would be more than happy to write a testimonial for you as well as send a picture, so here it goes:
I must say that for two non-Spanish speaking guys, Peru for Less was fantastic! Anything and everything we needed was taken care of, and any problems along the way were remedied with extreme professionalism and courtesy. For such a quick trip with the last minute planning, it could not have worked out better. Lima-Cusco-Mach Picchu in six days was a great experience, and all those working behind the scenes made it effortless.
Alison, our Cusco home-base, was there to answer our questions and give us guidance...even when we were in Aguas Calientes! Every guide gave us a different perspective, while stressing that it was their own personal views since there is no one accepted version yet. We would use Per for Less again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend it for anyone interested in a trip to Peru with no worries!

Our family enjoyed our Peru For Less Trip immensely. The weaver's cooperative was a high point for me, although the whole trip was amazing - one spectacular tour after another, with wonderful, inexpensive food in between. The Huchuyqosqo trek was amazing. I really enjoyed the trip, knowing that I'd be at a good hotel, that I'd get a guide, and that all transport was taken care of. The largest tour group we were in was 13, and we were often - even at Machu Picchu - in our own group of four. I would highly recommend spending an extra day at Machu Picchu.
There is so much to see of Peru, and Peru for Less helped us to see as much and as deeply as we could, in our 18 days. The Peruvian people are warm, friendly and helpful; pre-Columbian ruins are all over, and the food is wonderfully good and inexpensive. Our trip to Trujillo and Chiclayo was amazing – huge sites that are not well known. Peru for Less helped us see beyond Machu Picchu, and made our trip smooth. I highly recommend Peru For Less.

Thank you for arranging a fantastic trip for us to Peru. We TRUELY enjoyed it! We are looking forward to another trip to South America - maybe Argentina, Chile or Brazil - perhaps using YOUR outstanding service if possible! I was very impressed with what your group had done for us. Being an independent traveller in most of my other world-wide trips, I was very very very happy that I had asked for your service on this journey to South America. And I am definitely referring your service to all my friends.
The staff and guides were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The transfers in and out of city were seamless. The drivers made our journey safe. I wanted to say again, THANK YOU, for everything.
Our special thanks go out to Cristina in Cuzco (who was thorough and organized) and the lady who helped us in Arequipa - I know special arrangement needed to be made for the Juanita Mummy tour. Marcial was an excellent guide for Colca canyon who made sure we saw all the wildlife out there - vicunas, aplacas, candor, and many others. Maria Elena in Cuzco was an "above and beyond" guide, who not only was knowledgeable, caring, sensitive to our needs, but an excellent photographer as well! The Lake Titikaka tour was culturally and scenically eye-opening. And the guide was very pleasant. Finally, Omar from Lima city tour was definitely a humorous guide, who was able to explain the history of Peru and the Inca Empire, with a very interesting perspective.
Again, I wanted to say that our trip to Peru was fabulous thanks to you. Do you also help people arrange for Argentina or Chile? Please take care!

I was visiting Peru with my friend and her daughter in August and greatly appreciated the help and attention we received from all your staff. Everyone was professional, Efficient, ready to assist us and told us much about the culture and history of Peru. Christina was very helpful when we were delayed arriving in Cuzco by bringing us to the tour already in progress. She also programmed her cell phone number into my cell phone so I could contact her easily if I had any problems! Jimmy and Fabricio were most kind and helped me navigate the terrain-I have arthritis and sometimes have difficulty with steep inclines. I could not have climbed as high as I did without the support. We always felt we were given personal attention instead of just another person in a large group. I would not hesitate to refer my friends to your tour company should they visit Peru and when and if I return to Peru I will call your company again! You made a special vacation even more special! Thank you all for your help and for making history come alive for us!

The trip was great; thanks for all your help in planning it and making it a success.
While there are probably cheaper and/or more adventurous ways to see Peru, I'm pretty sure there isn't an easier way. I literally did no planning and got to see everything I wanted to in and around Cuzco in just 2 and a half days. Left to my own devices I'm sure I would have missed something (maybe even Machu Picchu since the train was sold out) and since I was traveling solo, the group tours were an excellent choice. The other tourists in the group were easy to get along with and the guides were knowledgeable and entertaining.
If you're like me and like to let someone else handle all the details, Peru for Less is the way to go. I have already recommended you to my parents, who after seeing the Machu Picchu pictures and are interested in going. Good work PFL!

We had a blast! The trip was amazing and the guides were awesome! Our tour guide in the Amazon showed us both an amazing time. Thank you so much for all your work to make our Peru trip a success.
Machu Picchu was the most beautiful place I've ever been and the people in Peru were also great. I've been ranting and raving about the trip since coming back. I will be sure to recommend your company to anyone planning a trip to Peru.
Y'all did a great job setting it all up.
Thanks!

I would like to thank you, Liz and everyone at Peru for Less for making our trip to Peru such a wonderful experience. The tours you scheduled were so interesting and informative. Your tour guides were always on time and fully explained our itinerary for each day ahead of time, which made preparation very easy. The guides were all personable, professional and came across as really enjoying their jobs and sharing Peru's history with us. My son and I both enjoyed Cusco and the Sacred Valley but Machu Picchu was beyond belief and awe inspiring. The Hotel Andena Private was a great place to stay and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was welcomed each morning as a good way to get started. We enjoyed Cusco at night with its many restaurants and beautiful plazza with the old style street lights. All in all we would definitely refer any of our friends to you and your company. Once again thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We are back from Peru - an amazing country if you ever get to go. Now that the Shining Path terrorists are out of the country everyone's so darn friendly! We told JP from Peru for Less what we wanted to see & he arranged the perfect trip for us. We're definitely going back one more time to hit things we missed that we have to see. Some of the cool stuff we saw/did: Spotting tons of birds (inc. penguins), sea lions & dolphins at the Ballestas Islands. Taking a dune buggy & sandboarding at the sand dunes around Ica. We don't know what sand dunes are in this country - these things were thousands of feet tall. Our hotel was in an oasis surrounded by sand dunes - gorgeous! Flying over the Nazca Lines - we got lucky & had perfect weather. Visiting TONS (literally) of ruins including, of course, the amazing Machu Picchu. Just a wonderful country. Can't say we're glad to be back, but it will be nice to see you guys again.

We had a truly great time on our trip. The arrangements were virtually flawless. The only variation we encountered was no problem at all, and a phone call confirmed that an alternative transportation arrangement had been made.
All of the guides we had were exceptionally knowledgeable, and all transportation/connections were punctual.
Thanks again to you and Liz Boyd for all of your help in formulating and executing the itinerary. We are extremely satisfied with your services and would recommend them highly.

I want to THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for one exciting and amazing trip. Your efforts and planning allowed for my friends and I to enjoy Peru and all of its cultural wonders. From the get go, we were greeted and taken care of. Transfers between Cusco/Machu Picchu, Puno/Lake Titicaca and Arequipa/Colca Canyon were basically flawless. It was great that we can enjoy this trip, without having to worry about the details. The coordinators were really on top of everything. Our guides were very knowledgeable about the areas we've visited. I've learned so much! I cannot say enough to express my gratitude on all the help and effort you put into helping our two groups (both Kyle's and mine) get together, to make this all work. I will definitely recommend both you and Peru for Less, to anyone and everyone! Again, thank you very much!

All of the Peru For Less staff who helped us with our Peru vacation was absolutely wonderful. They were all honest, prompt, kind, and followed through with their promises. The price couldn't be beat and we were well taken care of during our vacation!
Very good service! Every single one of the guides for our tours was wonderfully helpful and good at their job. We especially liked the river rafting guide Romuelo.
Thanks!!

THANK YOU for planning an AWESOME trip!! My sister and I had a great time. The Sacred Valley private tour with Abad was wonderful. He did a fantastic job. Machu Picchu was breathtaking and many photos were taken. Andrea was a lifesaver as our flight from Cusco was cancelled. She stayed with us for two hours until all arrangements were made. We cannot thank her and praise her enough. Your company was already getting glowing remarks for all the arrangements, but Andrea set you above and beyond. I would highly recommend your travel company to anyone traveling to Peru. Do you make arrangements to other countries as well?
Thanks again, Gavin and Liz, for all you did to make our travel to Peru so enjoyable and carefree.

I want to thank you for our excellent vacation! We had a wonderful experience in Peru! I have to say that Andrea was so professional and friendly, and helped us to feel well cared for from the moment we arrived at the airport! We also loved Fabricio, who gave us our Machu Picchu tour with such an incredible story-telling style! Every person was where they promised to be at every turn, and we only had to think about enjoying ourselves!
Many thanks, and we will definitely recommend Peru For Less to our friends!

The trip was great. We loved Edgar (our tour guide in Lima). He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. The Sol De Oro Hotel was the best out of all of the places that we stayed. Overall, our pickups went off without any problems- our drivers were always easily found and helpful.
Fabricio, our tour guide at Machu Picchu and Alison (Cuzco) were great. I always felt like I had reliable contacts and knew what the plan would be.
I am really looking forward to visiting Peru again and would definitely use Peru For Less a second time. We were both very happy with our trip! Thanks for helping us have a safe and relaxing time in Peru!
PS: You have been wonderful too- thank you!

We wish we had discovered Peru For Less sooner! Chad and I went to the Galapagos with another travel agency, spent too much money, and came out of the experience disappointed and feeling cheated.
Our experience with Peru For Less was wonderful and hassle-free. Everything happened as planned; no changes in itineraries. Heck, our guides actually knew what our itinerary was each day (with the other travel agency, no one seemed to know our scheduled activities, and the only thing that saved us was the itinerary that I had printed out ahead of time)!! We were greeted in every city and had smooth transports (Andrea in Cusco was especially great). All of our guides were knowledgeable and helpful. We especially appreciate the advice from Andrea and our guide in Machu Picchu to go early and get the tickets to hike Wynapicchu (we hadn't even heard of it!)--it is one of the best memories of our trip.
Peru is an amazing and beautiful country; it is one of the best trips we've ever taken. We thank Peru For Less for the great service. We will definitely go with Peru For Less for future trips to South America.

The trip to Peru was a remarkable experience. It was our first time to South America and we did not know what to expect. The trip far surpassed my expectations. In fact, I was somewhat concerned prior to departing as I did not know how 'dangerous' this trip was going to be. I am very glad to report that we did not experience any incidents where we were in any way concerned about our security.
I am very glad that we chose Peru as our first visit as it is a country so rich in history and with such diverse and stunning scenery. We found the people to be very friendly and helpful and so proud of their heritage. Machu Picchu was an awesome experience, but so were many other places. The Nazca lines took my breath away.
I am also of the opinion that this holiday would not have been as enjoyable without the assistance of Peru For Less. All your arrangements were perfect and we were looked after very well. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone planning a visit to Peru.
Thank you once again for the great service - keep up the good work.

We had a terrific time in Peru. Peru For Less did a fabulous job with our transfers from the airport/train station and the hotels. The pick-ups were always on time and easy to find. Andrea, who met us at the Cuzco airport, was very organized and helpful with getting us oriented with the city. She made sure we had everything: hotel vouchers, train tickets, Machu Picchu passes, coca tea, etc. My husband loved Casa San Blas; it was very quaint.
Our Sacred Valley tour with Mariela was awesome. She was very attentive and personable. We loved her suggestion to visit the llama and alpaca museum/farm. Now I know the difference between a llama, alpaca, vicuna, and guanaco. She guided us through the Pisac market and church. We enjoyed our personalized tour of Ollantaytambo and our relaxing evening at Kyuchi Rumi.
When we arrived in Aguas Calientes, we were immediately greeted by the tour agent and the bellboy, just as Andrea had said. Staying at the Sanctuary Lodge was definitely a splurge, but the best decision we made. We left our bags with concierge and went straight to explore the Macchu Picchu site. We took fabulous pictures. We hiked all the way up to the Inca Bridge. We finally settled into our room at the Sanctuary Lodge, the view from the window was glorious.
The train ride from Aguas Calientes to Poroy was sprinkled with entertainment. The Peru Rail cabin hostess and host had a fashion show, modeling alpaca-wear. There was music and a mini-dance performance. Even though the train arrived in Poroy late, we were greeted by our transfer agent and made it back to Casa San Blas in Cuzco. Andrea met us the next morning and we were so glad she had printed our boarding passes for our return flight. What a huge relief! My only regret is that we didn't spend one more day in Cuzco.
Thank you Peru For Less for a memorable vacation. We are very satisfied and would recommend your services to our friends and family. We have amazing pictures to show for it.

I just wanted to let you know that Raye and I made it back to the USA without a hitch and THOROUGHLY enjoyed our trip to Peru. Many thanks to all of you for making it such a wonderful trip, we couldn't ask for more. All of you were so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly that we feel we got a real taste of Peru and its interesting history (but not a taste of cuy or alpaca). We only wish we had more time to spend in Peru, but there is plenty to come back to see. Thanks especially to Cristina for helping us in Cuzco and getting us to MP, Fabricio for a great tour of the site, Maria for showing us Ollantaytambo and the Sacred Valley, and Edgar for showing us as much of Lima as we could see in the short time we had--all of you were great and really made the trip for us. Thanks also to Aimee and to Liz for helping us pull all of this together on such short notice. Thanks again!
