Whereas some destinations offer “culture” on display in a museum exhibit, in Peru, the thriving indigenous culture is available not just for distant observation, but for up-close interaction and appreciation. And here, on the beaches of Lima‘s Costa Verde, culture is just a toe’s tip away.
