So how does a travel agency manage to gather thousands of clients who are willing to write long and kind letters to us?
The answer is simple: our clients have names and faces, we don’t treat them like numbers. They are the fruit of our labor and we love them. If you’d like to contact someone who has traveled with us in the past, inquire to your travel advisor or to email@example.com..
We want you to join them. We want you to be a happy traveler.

What makes your agency exceptional is the personal, 24-hour service you provide, your ease of accessibility throughout Peru, and your prompt, courteous, and competent attention to our needs.
We very much enjoyed our trip to Peru. We were amazed by the variety of climate, topography, landscapes, archeology, and culture in your country. And we were impressed by the efficiency of the transportation systems — whether by air, rail, water, or highway. Contacts, tours, and transfers were all as scheduled. The trip exceeded our expectations. There were many memorable moments, among them going to dinner with you to Tanta’s in Lima, a most amazing seafood restaurant. Perhaps the most unusual, if not the best seafood we have ever tasted.
We would highly recommend your Travel Agency to friends and relatives. We were favorably impressed by the tour guides on all of our mini-tours. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke very good English, for those of us who don’t understand Spanish. And they were most helpful in answering our many questions, especially when it came to giving advice on good places to shop, and excellent restaurants. We fell in love with the Alpaca wool sweaters and multi colored table cloths.
We think that what makes your agency exceptional is the personal, 24-hour service you provide, your ease of accessibility throughout Peru, and your prompt, courteous, and competent attention to our needs. There will always be glitches in any trip, no matter how well planned. And we had our share over 20 days. However, you and your team always responded in a timely and more-than-satisfactory fashion. Case in point — when our flight from Puno to Arequipa was cancelled one morning, resulting in the cancellation of a scheduled afternoon tour of Arequipa, at no expense to us, you rescheduled our flight to Arequipa, as well as the city tour and return flight to Lima on our last day in country. This actually turned out to be a more convenient itinerary for us in the long run, with no loss of planned sight-seeing.
Thank you again for the attention you and your staff gave to us during our delightful and adventurous stay in your beautiful country!
Peru For Less was everything you promised.. and more.
As you know, I have just returned (with your help) from your great country. Peru for Less was everything you promised….and more. I was always picked up on time and the drivers and guides were always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. All the hotels were basic but clean and located well. Thank you so much for all your help. You always answered my emails containing many questions. I came to trust you and my trust was well placed. Thanks to you and Pauline for arranging our ‘escape’ from Peru during the strike. You arranged a private van with driver and got us safely from Puno to Arequipa! Thanks to PFL we were able to keep our original flight schedule back to the USA. No small miracle under the circumstances!! I have already recommended PFL to several people and will continue to do so. To any readers…..believe me, you can trust Peru for Less and I would recommend this company and its staff to you without reservation.

Without Peru For Less, I am convinced that this very special trip would not have been NEARLY as wonderful as it was. Thank you for making this a truly unforgettable experience..
Let me begin by saying THANK YOU!!!
Though I have traveled around the world with my sons (over 27 countries), this was the first trip when it was just the 3 of us, so it was a very special trip, indeed. My experience with Peru For Less was enjoyable from the onset. Not only were you and Diego prompt and precise in your email communications with me, your company worked effortlessly with me to customize this very special trip.
Your prices are more than reasonable and your methods of payment were simple, as well as assured. As a traveler, I am more than aware of how even the most experienced traveler can get ripped off. And though I had researched your company, I admit I still harbored a fear that things may not turn out the way I had planned them with your company. After arriving in Peru, those fears were put to rest time and time again.
Cristina was amazing! To see her smiling face greet us in Cuzco was a welcome sight. The driver, Carlos, was professional, pleasant, prompt and a safe driver. Cristina was enjoyable, personable, and completely in control of each event. Maria (our guide for the Sacred Valley) and our driver were also prompt in pick-up services and very personable and flexible, as well as enjoyable during our full-day excursion through the Sacred Valley which included the buffet lunch. Lunch, by the way, was amazing. Not just the food, but the restaurant! Wow! What an experience!
We were then picked up for our train ride to Machu Picchu with no problems. I can’t tell you how important that was. Such an early pick-up, yet there we were, at the station and on our way. Fabricio, our guide in Machu Picchu, was amazing! Like the rest of your people, he too was prompt and provided another unforgettable experience. We really enjoyed him.
Cristina was, again, a delight to see when she and Carlos took us back to the airport when we had to leave Cuzco to head back for Lima. She escorted us as far as she could until she knew we were okay to continue on with our flight. She then made sure our ride was ready for us back in Lima to take us to the hotel you arranged for us. Then, to our final satisfaction, your driver delivered us to the international airport the next morning to return us back to the States.
Without Peru For Less, I am convinced that this very special trip would not have been NEARLY as wonderful as it was. Thank you for making this a truly unforgettable experience for my sons and for me. Your services were so exemplary; I have already referred you to at least two of my friends who were waiting to see how it worked out for me.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! This trip will stand out as a favorite because of you!
With much appreciation,

When we started we were unsure of how this was going to work with all the transfers, hotels, and tours but it was seamless. Very impressive to have 17 days and not have a single error anywhere.
Kathy and I both want to thank you for your efforts in putting together this trip for us. We had the best time, it was over-the-top fun and the sightseeing was awesome. Our guides were all excellent and very informative. Our favorites were Jessica with Giardino, Jose Antonio in Cuzco, and Leny at Posada Amazonas. All the guides were great but these three were the stars and really made their particular areas special.
Throughout the years Kathy and I have pretty much handled our own bookings and flights but we were really happy to have everything taken care of on this trip. When we started we were unsure of how this was going to work with all the transfers, hotels, and tours but it was seamless. Very impressive to have 17 days and not have a single error anywhere. For example, in Cuzco we were waiting for a tour pickup and the front desk came over to tell us there had been a call and the guide had had an emergency and they would be a little late picking us up. The pickup was not all that late, but the courtesy call was really a nice touch and then we got the great Jose Antonio for another day.
We also felt that our rooms were more than three-star with all of them so conveniently located.
Our friends keep asking what our favorite place was and we both say there is no way to chose as each place was our favorite while we were there.
Thank you. It was spectacular!

I was very pleased with the itinerary we worked out together to include all the elements we were keen on - it meant getting a little creative but you were always game and cooperative.
First off I would like to say our encounter with the Peru For Less was excellent from the very beginning. I had a great number of questions and concerns that you always answered promptly and with the right amount of detail.
I was very pleased with the itinerary we worked out together to include all the elements we were keen on-it meant getting a little creative but you were always game and cooperative. I was very impressed with the pricing of the whole package. I had done my homework and thought your program was going to provide me with the best value and after the trip was over I was even more certain of it.
After we had made our initial reservations with you, we were assigned an operations specialist to make all the bookings and confirm all the tours. We had the great pleasure of having logistics handled by Carolina and then Liz. Their professionalism and follow through was fantastic. Any question – and I had plenty – was answered promptly and courteously.
We felt like every detail was handled. We were met at every destination and the details for that day were explained. We loved that we had a driver plus an English speaking guide. Private tours really enhanced our trip, it enabled us to ask a lot of questions and really focus on our areas of interest. Javier was great; he made sure we knew what was planned every step of the way. We especially loved having Juan Carlos as a guide for Sacred Valley. We learned so much from him, it was incredible.
Marialuz did a great job explaining all the history of Cuzco, Sacsayhuaman and Koricancha. One of the things we liked best was the learning about the Cuzco School of Art – seeing the Andean influences in artwork at the cathedral.
Machu Picchu was beyond words. So majestic and awe inspiring seeing it in person. Gilbert was a very congenial guide.
Edgar was great when we toured Lima with him-he went way above and beyond what we expected, we learned so much.
The tours were all fantastic. Your staff is so knowledgeable; the education and backgrounds of our guides was fantastic. We were treated so well.
The Peru For Less personnel were great! From the drivers to the coordinators we felt like we were being welcomed into their homes.
The food included at the hotels was beyond our expectations. I was so impressed that they had these lavish spreads ready in time for all our early morning departures. It was excellent.
The staff at each hotel was very accommodating, they were empowered to handle situations; they were helpful, polite, kind and attentive. The service was great in the restaurants at all the hotels as well.
In fact, everyone we met in Peru was wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly, courteous, sweet-natured and so proud of their country.
I will be recommending your company to anyone I know who plans to travel to Peru. We were very happy with everything!.

We came back with many great memories of our honeymoon, and I'd definitely recommend PFL to anyone traveling to South America.
When I was looking into booking our honeymoon trip to Peru, I was initially skeptical – Peru For Less is definitely cheaper than the alternatives (which is great for two grad students on a limited budget), but would we be sacrificing reliability or quality? However, even before we arrived in Peru, I knew we had made the right choice. I liked being able to choose every hotel (I read reviews online so I knew just what to expect, but the PFL options were all well-chosen to begin with), and Rylee was great about answering my many questions quickly and comprehensively. We were able to easily mix and match hotels with different numbers of stars (so we could have a little luxury on our honeymoon) as well as add a horseback riding trip.
We really enjoyed our trip from start to finish. From the time we were met at the airport in Lima to our flight out of Cuzco, everything was taken care of. Even when we had to take a different train back from Machu Picchu that didn’t go all the way to Cuzco, the PFL rep was there waiting for us at the train station to drive us the rest of the way.
In general, the hotels were really nice. One exceptional hotel was the Sumaq in Machu Picchu – it was the most expensive, but definitely worth it! We enjoyed the luxury after a day spent hiking around Machu Picchu in the hot sun.
The tours were also great – the guides were knowledgeable, and we especially enjoyed the stop at the llama/alpaca farm on the trip to Ollantaytambo and the horseback riding on the last day (a great way to see the countryside). And your director’s restaurant recommendations were spot-on – especially Cicciolina, which could certainly compete with the restaurants here in San Francisco.
All in all, we came back with many great memories of our honeymoon, and I’d definitely recommend PFL to anyone traveling to South America.

Our travel advisor Kelly Chrystal was fabulous. She displayed great attention to detail and she gave us fabulous recommendations and prompt responses.
Thank you for making our Peru experience so wonderful! Our travel advisor Kelly Chrystal was fabulous and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to book their Peru vacation. After she planned our 9-day travel itinerary, our group experienced a cancellation in our flight plans with TACA airlines that affected 2 days of our travel itinerary in Peru (cancellation not related to Peru For Less). Kelly promptly re-directed our tour plans to accommodate us, and for this we are greatly appreciative. She displayed great attention to detail, fabulous recommendations, and prompt responses.
Our trip in Peru ran very smoothly and could have not been better. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and informative, and our guides and drivers were always on time and in good spirits. Despite people warning us of cold weather and rain, the weather was fabulous — warm and sunny on most days.
My favorite experiences were visiting Machu Picchu, Cusco, and riding the sand dunes via dune buggy in the Oasis of Huacachina!
Thanks Kelly and Peru For Less for an amazing experience! It was well worth booking with Peru for Less!

Your planning was excellent. Our movements between sites were seamless. The guides and the drivers were professional, prompt and courteous.2
We could not have had a better experience than the one we enjoyed in Peru!
Your planning was excellent. Our movements between sites were seamless. The guides and the drivers were professional, prompt and courteous. Nobody dropped the ball anywhere. It added to the trip that we had our own guides and private tours. Every hotel was a wonderful surprise – clean, modern, and comfortable. Every staff member of every hotel took wonderful care of us. There was nothing for us to do but enjoy every minute of every day.
This was our golden wedding anniversary gift to each other, and it was simply perfect. Machu Picchu was, of course, the highlight of our trip, and worth every effort of getting there. I had wanted to stand on that mountain since I was in junior high school, and I am 70 years old this year. So, it was literally a dream come true for me. The other days spent touring Cusco and Lima were just frosting on our cake.
Neither of us knew how much there is to learn of Peruvian and Inca history. The guides gave us so much information, and with such pride in their places. The food was another surprise. I had thought I might take peanut butter with me, just in case the food was awful. I soon learned that peanut butter would have been just so much dead weight. Everything served to us was delicious, and we learned about quinoa. My husband ate a guinea pig in the Sacred Valley and alpaca at one hotel.
Thank you so much for the planning. We will never forget it. We would certainly recommend Peru For Less to anyone who might be planning a trip to Peru.

Thank you so much, Silvana, for being the perfect travel advisor for my 2- day Inca Trail adventure!
First of all thank you so much, Silvana, for being the perfect travel advisor for my 2-day Inca Trail adventure! Everyone that was associated with your company has been really nice and welcoming.
When I first arrived in my hotel in Cusco there was an envelope waiting for me that contained info about my hike and things to do around the city, which was really a nice surprise. There was a representative that came to my hotel for a pre-departure briefing and told me about all that I should expect on the trip. He was very professional and the next day took me from my hotel to the train station to start my journey. Further, when I got back to the train station the same person picked me up and took me back to my hotel. It was nice because the majority of other travelers was looking for a sign with their name on it or was going to take a taxi, but I knew how my representative looked liked and left the train station way before everyone else.
The guide for my Inca Trail was awesome. It was just the two of us and he felt more like a friend than some random guide. We even made plans to meet up for lunch during his time off. He knew everything about the Inca culture as he answered every single one of my questions. I had the best guide.
The hotel was fairly nice. The breakfast was good and opened early enough so I could make the first bus of the day to Machu Picchu. The hotel also stored my bag for free while I was at Machu Picchu.
The hike was amazing and it was terrific getting to see ruins along the way, something that other people going straight to Machu Picchu would not see. Machu Picchu is simply breathtaking. I am glad I booked through Peru For Less and will definitely recommend it. If my travels take me to South America again I’ll book through your company once more.
Thanks again Silvana,

This was our first time planning a trip on- line. At first, we were somewhat nervous. But you were always responsive, caring, and warm.. Everything you promised, you delivered.2
As promised, I am finally getting back in touch with you, in regards to our travel experience in Peru as well as in working with you.
As for working with you, I can’t say enough positive things Bernard. What a wonderful experience it was. This was our first time planning a trip on-line. At first, we were somewhat nervous, since we didn’t know if your firm was legitimate, or anything like that. But you were always responsive, caring, and warm, answered our many many questions patiently and thoroughly, provided us with good guidance and helped us plan our trip. Everything you promised, you delivered. The guides were knowledgeable and with good communication skills. And the places you selected for us were comfortable and nice to stay at. The trip was totally hassle free, safe, enjoyable, and a memorable experience, one that we will cherish and remember fondly for many years to come.
As for Peru, what a beautiful country it is. It’s clean. The people are so very warm and friendly. And we found it to be totally safe, something we were concerned about prior to leaving for Peru. To me, Peru felt so much like home. In fact so much so that we are now missing it very much and one day, we would love to come there again. And when we do, we’ll definitely be contacting you.
Needless to say, we are 100+% satisfied with the trip to Peru and in working with you. Bernard, anytime any one asks for a reference on you and your firm, you can feel free to give them our name and contact information and we will be glad to speak with them. Also, feel free to use this letter in any way that you wish. And next time you are in DC area, please do stay with me and my family. We would love to have you stay with you. It’ll be our pleasure.
Well, that’s all for now. Please do stay in touch. And similar to your kind and generous offer to us, I like to extend the same to you. If you ever need anything from here, please do not hesitate to let me know. It’ll be my pleasure in sending it to you.
