Reservations & Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process the reservations for the passengers' travel: hotels, restaurants, transportation, entrance to tourist sites, etc.
  • Coordinate the confirmation of reservations with the relevant suppliers.
  • Prepare travel itineraries for passengers.
  • Make reservation request updates.
  • Meet and greet passengers at the airport to welcome them.
  • Assist the emergency cell phone according to schedule.
  • Resolve emergencies occurring on tour with clients/suppliers.
  • Support in rescheduling tours affected by incidents and/or contingencies.

Job Requirements:

  • Technical or university studies in Tourism Administration, Tourism and Hospitality or related careers.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing reservations in inbound tourism agencies (important).
  • Experience using Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of touristic destinations in Peru (desirable).
  • Advanced level of English (C1 - C2).
  • Availability for on-site work in Lima, Peru.
